What's Your First Thought of the Day?

Do you remember the first thought you had when you woke up this morning?



Was it: "Wow, another day filled with endless possibilities!"

Or maybe: "What? Time to get up for work already? I hope I don't have another awful day like yesterday."

The first thought you have programs your day. Consider it a mental GPS.

If you wake up and think the worst is about to happen, it probably will. Your mind listens to your thoughts and brings them to a place of reality.

It's really just as easy to have positive thoughts. Try it for a week and let me know the results.

Before going to sleep, tell your mind that your first thought will be positive.

Upon awakening, speak that thought.
