The Sky is Not the Limit

You are familiar with the expression: "The sky's the limit." But that statement really has no basis in science since no one can compute the exact dimensions of the universe.

As technology evolved, scientists realized that the universe is much bigger than previously estimated. A lot depends on whether the universe is flat or spherical. This would alter the dimensions of time and distance considerably, but there is really no way to accurately measure this.

But what does this have to do with living your life 'story?'

Actually, quite a bit.

Some scientists believe that the universe is infinite and ever-changing. But let's not forget that during Galileo's time, renowned scientists were positive that the sun revolved around the earth in a finite atmosphere.

Since perception is the key to determining the size of the universe, that same principle can be used to achieving life's goals. Do you see finite possibilities or infinite ones? Or perhaps a better question would be: Can you imagine possibilities that are larger, grander, or more awesome than previously thought?
