Do you remember doing that after the candles on your birthday cake were lit?

Did you ever wonder why your eyes should be closed?

That's because you can see or visualize your wishes and dreams better without your eyes open.

Our eyes take in a lot of data every day and most of it is important and vital for our well being.

But when it comes to 'seeing' our goals and dreams, it's best to close your eyes and open your minds.

Sometimes, and sadly, our eyes will 'see' all the imperfections in our 'story' or maybe even the actual smirks or patronizing smiles of family and friends when we share our dreams.

Just remember-- eyes come with lids so we can shut out the distractions that surround us and actually 'see' the 'story' that is alive inside us.
