Here is today's checklist.
1. Did you wake up expecting this day to be amazing and filled with all kinds of great adventures?
2. Are you ready to write another page or two or three in your life story?
3. Do you see your goals as being perfectly attainable?
4. Are you telling your mind to stop making excuses?
If you put a check mark by each of these questions, you are good to go!
And if you didn't check them all, don't worry. Just go back and re-think them.
Remember, you are in 100% control of your thoughts. Make them work for you --- not against you.
