Notice I said, "think."
Our entire lives are led by our belief system.
We think something is important so we pursue it.
And if we think something is meaningless, we don't.
What do you spend your time on?
If you made a pie graph of how each day was spent, what gets the biggest piece?
Is it work? Then that's most important.
Is it sleep? Or socializing? Or maybe a hobby.
Make the graph; see where your time goes.
And if you don't like it; change your thinking.
