Whistle While You Work

The dwarfs were right. Whistling while you work helps to improve brain function.

Which will also help you when writing your life story.

Here's how it works:

The brain can get a little cranky when there is too much information to process. This can lead to a 'choking' situation where the brain formulates a response that is adequate but not awesome. This will allow you to get through that stressful situation but there may have been other and better options for you to have taken.

Or to put it simply: when under stress, the brain will show you the nearest exit (or solution) regardless of whether it will lead you to the best place.

When writing your life story, this kind of thinking will not unlock your full potential.

And that's where whistling comes in. Whistling distracts the mind from trying too hard. It helps to prevent mental overload.

You will then be able to think clearer and see all the available options and opportunities that are before you.

Don't worry; whistle instead. And definitely continue to write your life story.
